He was introduced to the boardgaming hobby by his dad and attended his first WBC in 2004, and the event has been his annual marquee convention ever since because of the quality of gaming and the friendships formed there.

Rachel works in nonprofit operations and brings a people-first approach to volunteer systems, onboarding, and member support. She values WBC for its mix of competitive depth and welcoming culture, and she wants to help keep both strong for returning members and first-time attendees.

Marcus has spent more than a decade leading community-facing operations teams and is passionate about building systems that make large events feel personal. He is focused on smoother registration, better schedule clarity, and dependable communication for the full BPA community.

Sofia is a product strategist who loves helping communities improve how they communicate and make decisions. She has been part of competitive gaming communities for years and values the WBC tradition of deep strategy, great GMs, and friendships that stretch across decades.

David works in digital experience design and has a long-standing interest in making complex systems easier to navigate. He wants to help the BPA create clearer member journeys before, during, and after the convention without losing the character of the event.
